Re: Application AZ 07-020 of RC Meridian Partners, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of Chalet Marseilles
Dear Commission:
We own the 5 acre parcel directly west of the northwest 10 acre segment of the proposed Chalet
Marseilles subdivision and will share approximately 6001inearfeet of property line with the subdivision.
We respectfully request consideration of the followingcomments regardingthe above application:
i. We request a city sewer "stub" on or nearthe property line for potential future hook-up of our dwelling to
the city sewersystem. Ourseptic tank currentty lies east of our home approximately 100 feet north of our
southern property line and 200 feet west of the east property line (the one to be shared with Chalet
Marseilles).
2. We request a gate access into the subdivision forthe purpose of monitoring and trontrol of the irrigation
water flow through the gates, ditches and tiles that feed the irrigation ditch that runs alongthe east side of
our property.
3. We requestthatthefence thatwill beconstructed alongthisshared property lineto be installed as soon as
practical for the developers as our experience has been that developments attract kids and the open water of
the irrigation ditch that runs along this property line will attract them and pose a potential hazard to these
children.
