Commission,
I am the owner of the property at 1370 E. Ustick in Meridian. This property is to the
west and south of the proposed application for zoning change. I am OPPOSED to the
application for the following reasons: to increase the density of housing in this area
would negatively impact the tra~'ic and noise. Secondly, the proposed wall would on the
west and north side of my property, negatively impact my views and value. I would
recommend to the Commission that this property should be zoned single family, not multi
family, as the applicant has proposed.
