STATEMENTS OF CON[PLIANCE
1. The oroposed streda, curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be constructed Yo standards as requ'ved by Ada
-County Highway District sad Meridian City Ordinance. Dimensions will be detenuined by the City
Engineer. All sidewalks will De five (5] fetl in width.
2. The proposed dwelopmem is in conformance with the City's CompreDeosive Ptah. This urn is
designated as Medium Density Residemial on the Comprehensive Plan land Use Map.
J. The Sevelnpmem will connect to City water and stover facilities. The subdivision will conned to the
North Slough Drain Trunk which is being extended as part of this subdivision. Water is available in
Ten Mile Road and will be extemiod through this subdivision. Sewer and water plans have been
provided for Public Works review.

All laadscape areas regulated by the City Landscape Ordinance (12-13) shall be served with an
au[omatic underground irrigation system. Additional requirements affecting pressurized
irrigation systems can be found in Ciry Ordinance 9-1-28.
lrrieation Water Source
Use of Wort-potable irrigation water is required when determined to be available by the City
Public Works Department as regulated by City Ordinance 9-I-28. If city potable water is used, a
separate water mater is recommended so the owner can avoid paying sewer fees for irrigation
water. Potable water: Hall nut be used as a primary irri~aatiun water source on nun-residential
lots with more than %x acre of landscaping. Year round water availability is also required by
connecting to city potable water or an on-site well as a secondary source.
