The following is in response to staff s comments dated Apri122, 2003.
SITE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
1. The Applicant will comply with terms of approvals.
2. The Applicant will comply with pressurized irrigation requirements.
3. The Applicant will comply.
4. The Applicant will comply with fencing requirements.
5. Approval of the landscape plan dated 2-5-03 is noted.
6. The Applicant will comply with sewer and water construction requirements.
7. The Applicant will pay all applicable fees prior to signature on the final plat.
8. The Applicant will comply.
9. The plat will be revised in accordance with staff comments.
