of this project should obtain current best management practices for storm
water disposal and design a storm water management system that is
preventing groundwater and surface water degradation. Manuals that could
be used for guidance are:

NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street, Meridian, Idaho, at the
hour of 7:30 p.m. on September 5, 2000, for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the application of the Bower Street, LLC, for a variance to reduce the number of
required trees to 25 two-inch Caliper trees in lieu of 37 three-inch Caliper trees due to
the possible unavailability of three-inch Caliper stock for property generally located on
the southwest corner of Bower Street end East 5th Street.
A more particular description of the above property is on file in the City Clerk's
office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street, and is available for inspection during
regular business hours.
A copy of the application is available upon request. Any and all interested
persons shall be heard at said public hearing and the public is welcome and invited to
submit testimony.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street, Meridian, Idaho, at the
hour of 7:30 p.m. on July 5, 2000, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application of the Bower Street, LLC, for a variance to reduce the number of required
trees to 25 two-inch Caliper trees in lieu of 37 three-inch Caliper trees due to the
possible unavailability of three-inch Caliper stock for property generally located on the
southwest corner of Bower Street and East 5th Street.
A more particular description of the above property is on file in the City Clerk's
office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street, and is available for inspection during
regular business hours.
A copy of the application is available upon request. Any and all interested
persons shall be heard at said public hearing and the public is welcome and invited to
submit testimony.
