STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. The proposed streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be constructed to standards as required by Ada
Courcy Highway Disuict aid Meridian City Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by the City
- Engineer. Ali sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. This area is
designated as Medium Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map.
3. The developmem will connect to City water and sewer facilities_ The subdivision will connect to the
North Slough Drain Trunk which is being extended as part of this subdivision. Water is available in
Ten Mile Road and will be extended through this subdivision. Sewer and water plans have been
provided for public Works review.
G. The tical plat submitted complies with most provisions of the Ordinance. The applicant has
submitted a planned developmem application (conditional ase) to a0ow for deviations in frontage,
setbaeks, block length, lot sizes and home square footage.

Irrigation Required
Ail landscape areas regulated by the City Landscape Ordinance (12-13) shall be served with an
automatic underground irrigation system. Additional requirements affecting pressurized
irrigation systems can be found in City Ordinance 9-1-28.
Irrigation Water Source
Use of non -potable irrigation water is required when determined to be available by the City
Public Works Department as regulated by City Ordinance 9-1-28. If city potable water is used, a
separate water meter is recommended so the owner can avoid paying sewer fees for irrigation
water. Potable wale hall not be used as a primary irritation water source on nun -residential
lots with more than %a acre of landscaping. Year round water availability is also required by
connecting to city potable water or an on-site well as a secondary source.
