STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. The proposed streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be constructed to standards as required by Ada
County Highway District and Meridian City Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by the City
Engineer. A11 sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. This area is
designated as Medium Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map.
3. The development will connect to City water and sewer facilities. The subdivision will connect to the
North Slough Drain Trunk which is being extended as part of this subdivision. Water is available in
Ten Mile Road and will be extended through this subdivision. Sewer and water plans have been
provided for Public Works review.
4. The final plat submitted complies with mosrprovisions of the Ordinance. The applicant has
submitted a planned development application (conditional use} to allow for deviations in frontage,
setbacks, block length, lot sizes and home squaze footage.
5. The final plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices
and local standazds.
6. Street names do not conflict with the City grid system and are in compliance with the Street Narne
Committee comments.
7. -All items noted on the checklist have been included.

Irrieation Required
All landscape areas regulated by the Ciry Landscape Ordinance (12-13) shal] be served with an
automatic underground irrigation system. Additional requirements affecting pressurized
irrigation systems can be found in City Ordinance 9-I-28.
