The property is in a C-G zone and was annexed with the Troutner Business Park property. The annexation of the property required that all uses would be developed under the conditional use process. I selected this site because of the good visibility and traffic flow past the site. At a minimum, the application shall contain the following information: Name, address and phone number of applicant. 5 ~`. ~'Ll~dame, address and phone number of owner of subject property.
