To whom it may concern,
This letter is to state that I am against the rezoning of the Strada Bellissima Commercial
property (rezoning hearing RZ 07-013).
The Strada Bellissima subdivision was targeted as a nice quiet upscale community and I
believe the rezoning from L-O to C-N goes against what the community was marketed as. If
this had taken place before 3/4 of the community had been filled, then I feel the impact
would be low. However many families have moved into this community counting on the
commercial buildings being zoned L-O. A rezoning now would allow the developer to have
sold homes and lots under a false premise. If the lots were zoned C-N originally, I feel that
many families may not have moved in such close proximity to those areas. This rezoning
represents a breach in the contract of Strada Bellissima Commercial.
I believe this rezoning is not in the community's best interest. These are areas less than a
mile away that have this zoning, and these areas are currently vacant, so it does appear that
there i~a need for C-N zoned lots where Strada Bellissima Commercial has requested.
