Highlights of Proposed Development: Annexation and zoning of 15.49 acres to L-O zoning. No
new development is proposed at this time. The Church is currently on City services.
Comprehensive Plan Designation: Public /Quasi-Public
Proposed DA requirements: The DA shall include, at minimum, the following:
• If/When this site re-develops; access points to/from this site will be evaluated and
may be restrictedllimited by the City of Meridian and/or ACHD.
• If/When this site re-develops, full compliance with the landscaping standards of
the UDC shall be enforced.
• Except for additions or buildings associated with the existing church, no building
permits shall be issued on this site until a subdivision has been approved by the
City Council.
History of Previous Actions: Agreement recorded under instrument # 1060960022 between the
City and the Church to connect to City services.
