Location: NWC of Venable Lane and Ustick Road;
Applications: Annexation and Zoning and Preliminary Plat
Highlights of Proposed Development: annexation and zoning of 10.1 acres to C-C zoning and
preliminary plat approval of 12 commercial lots. The Comprehensive Plan Designation is Mixed
Community with Neighborhood Center overlay. As part of this application, the applicant has
requested alternative compliance to reduce the required 10 foot landscape buffer on local roads
to 5 feet.
Elevations: Yes
Proposed DA requirements: tying applicant to concept plan and elevations
Commission Recommended Action: approval at their December 20, 2007 public hearing.
