Thank you, Anna From: David Kleiner [mailto:davidkleiner00@gmail.com] Sent: Thursday, March 06, 2008 11:23 AM To: Anna Canning Cc: Kleiner Karl; Wilk Andrew; Sonya Watters Subject: [BULK] comment for Bach Hornes P & Z hearing Importance: Low Anna, I would appreciate it if you would confirm receipt of this message with copy to Karl as well. Please insert the following comment in the public record for the Bach Homes P & Z hearing on behalf of the Kleiner Family Trust (Walter Kleiner family), which owns a 1/2 interest in the land south of the Bach Hornes development site.: We have no objection in principle to the Bach Homes development, but note there are several issues that we feel should be considered prior to final approvals. Accordingly, we reserve the right to comment or object prior to or at any Council hearing. These issues, which we intend to discuss with Bach Homes, include: -- Platting and location of Records Road and River Valley Road -- Platting and location of access drives -- Cost sharing for right of way dedication and roadway construction costs Given that Bach Homes intends to obtain access to Eagle Road through an extension of River Valley Road that is currently Kleiner property, and given that such roadway will also provide access and cross- access to future commercial development including the CenterCal lifestyle center, the family believes 3/6/2008 Page 2 of 2 the parties should work out the details, including access drive locations, to avoid adverse impact on access for the shopping center. The family believes these details should be agreed to prior to final approval for Bach Homes, or in the alternative, the final approval by the City for Bach Homes should not include road alignment and road access details which should be determined first by the CenterCal development."
