BILL:
Per your suggestion and in light of the provided staff report, the applicant, Boise Food Service, respectfully
requests a two week deferral in order to address the on -going "exterior elevationV"clesign review standards"
issue.
It is with the applicant's hopes that the aesthetic issue relative to the prototype elevations can be further explored
and a workable compromise will result.
We appreciate the Staff's willingness to look at alternatives consistent with the goals of the City and certainly the
national Sonic label.
Will we need to re -notice the site posting to the March 201h agenda?
