Response to Staff ReportPage 1 of 1 Tara Green from: Becky McKay [es-beckym@gwest.net) _T Sent: Tuesday, March 04, 2008 11:26 AM To: Sonya Wafters; Tara Green Cc: C. Caleb Hood Subject: Education Campus Subdivision No. 2 Our response to the staff review is as follows: Please modify the suggested working of 4.1.10 to read: All future buildings on the site shall comply with design standards in effect at the time of application for buildine ermits pertaining to architecture (i.e., facades, primary entrances, rooflines, pattern variations, and mechanical equipment), color and materials, and parking lots. Additionally, a minimum five-foot-wide sidewalk shall be provided from the xistine private street and/or E Leieh Field Wav to the main building entrance of all structures on lots that abut Locust Grove. Said sidewalks will be reviewed at the time of application for certificate of zonine compliance for each buildine lot If the sidewalk crosses a vehicular driving surface, said pathway shall be distinguished from the vehicular driving surfaces through the use of stri in pavers, colored or scored concrete, or bricks. It is not possible to provide sidewalks from the sidewalk on Locust Grove to the new building sites because of the existing berm, landscaping and pressurized irrigation already in place. Due to the fact that the private street is existing, we would like the opportunity to use striping to distinguish pedestrian pathways instead of tearing up the existing street surface. Please call if you would like additional information or have any questions. Thanks! 3/4/2008
