Berg: Mr. President and Members of the Council everything will be in our office
before we release the license. They were supposed to get their county license
today.
Rountree: I have a motion and a second. Any further discussion?
Zaremba: Actually this is just in general on beer and wine licenses. I noticed
that the fee that the city charges them is -- will have added up to like $270 and I
guess we are only charging them half because it was for half of the year. But,
that is really not my point. My question is don't people -this is a license that
they bought from somebody else or that does happen and in some cases they go
for thousands and thousands of dollars, isn't that fee -the fee the city charges is
pretty small? Isn't there someway that we can make it more relative to the value
of the license to the user?
Rountree: Mr. Zaremba I guess I could respond to that. (Inaudible--) liquor

in a new car for Code Enforcement, but we (inaudible) the Mayor's Office to take
her old car and utilize the (inaudible) for our needs and the thoughts on that were
to one day find a larger car that would accommodate Council and other members
riding in the Mayor's car and the other thing is finding a car that had much better
gas mileage. Well, in researching the budget they only put an amount in there
$17,500 which is really insignificant to meet those needs and what we did was
