As a business owner in the area of this proposed development, i am very concerned about the impact this will
have on our business and the security of the neighborhood. we do not oppose business, but feel strongly that this
is not the type of business that fits into the surroundings of this area. we have very limited acces in and out of the
area and this would only make that issue even bigger. we will have a large increase in the traf>•ic by our business
as people are going to be looking for a way out on a dead end street. we would ask that this development be
allowed in this neighborhood.
