Dear Chuck:
After review of the Preliminary Plat of the above-mentioned application, Settlers Irrigation
District requests the following:
l . All irrigation/drainage facilities along with their easements must be protected and
continue to ftinction. The facilities involved are the McMullen Well, and the McMullen
Lateral. The McMullen I.atera! was tiled by earlier phases of this development.
2. A Land Use Change Application must be on file prior to any approvals.
3. A license agreement MU57 be signed and recorded prior to construction of any STD
facilities, or within its easements.
4. Any changes to the existingsrrigation system such as relocation, water delivery, tiling,
and landscaping must be approved by Settlers Irrigation District's Board of Directors.
5. All storm drainage must be retained on-site.
6. A pressure irrigation system must be provided to service all lots within the above-
mentioned subdivision from the current delivery point.
