Bill,
Today I rnet with Annette Reed concerning a few items on her pre-school site plan. I do not have any concerns
about this pre-school at this time because of the following items that Annette and I have agreed on reference this
application.
1. Annette has agreed to put up 2 to 3 concrete style pillars on the outside of the fence between where the
vehicular traffic will enter on the driveway and the playground area behind the fence.
2. Annette will not have any children outside in the playground area after dark, thus eliminating the need for
more exterior lighting in that area.
3. The fence for the playground area facing the driveway and street will be six foot and anon-see thru type
like a vinyl fence.
4. The parking area has already been changed to address previous issues.
