Stetson Estates sub is located in South East Meridian. It has 15 buildable residential lots.
• 6 are five acre lots and 9 are 10 acre lots
• The five acre parcels are in the current Meridian Area of Impact
• The 9 ten acre parcels are out side of the area of impact but are contiguous with the
current area of impact
• The Lawrence's parcel, Lot 7 Block 1, is adjoining to the current area of impact
• They would like to be able to divide Lot 7 Block 1 into two five acre, residential building
lots
• They request the comp plan be amended for future land use to be Low Density
Residential to accommodate 5 acre parcels as per the Northern section of Stetson
Estates
• Public record shows Jason Brizendine , 3878 S Rustler Lane, also has requested the same
