Paramount Commercial Southwest Subdivision [No. 11 No.9564 P. 1/1 4, 140-110"i <,h We offer the following proposed actions for the referenced project: Subdivision Name FEB 19 2008 City Of Meridian City Clerk Office This final plat is the first phase of the approved commercial development and is titled Paramount Commercial Southwest Subdivision No. 1 on the plat and in the application. Proposed Action. For clarity, we request that the staff report "Subject" line and subdivision name citations be changed to Paramount Commercial Southwest Subdivision No. 1. Site Saecific Condition 4 Condition Language: "Revise the face of the plat to label the landscape buffer along N. Linder Roach W. McMillan Road and the east property boundary as "landscape buffers" and not as easements. " Applicant Comment. We are concerned that use of the term "buffer" on a plat may not be acceptable to the County Surveyor since the defuiition of "buffer" is not included in platting codes and "buffers" are not related to property conveyance, whereas easements are. ,P,Lo2 sed Action. Use the term "landscape buffer easements" rather than simply "landscape buffers."
