This item will not be heard by the ACRD Commission unless the site plan is changed in such a manner as to require Commission review. Any proposed driveway to a permanent use, will be reviewed by the District for compliance with policy at that time. Coordinate the design and location of any proposed driveways with District staff. All future design plans and construction shall be in accordance with the Ada County Highway District Policy Manual, ISPWC Standards and approved supplements, Construction Services procedures and all applicable ACHD Ordinances unless specifically waived in writing by the District.
