This bonding is to complete the greenbelt/park improvements on Lot 26 Block 4 of said subdivision in the event the seven additional lots are not platted and recorded as Bedford Place Subdivision #2. The seven lots that will comprise Bedford Place Subdivision #2 will be a resubdivision of Lots 25 and 26, Bedford Place Subdivision #1. This bonding satisfies the requirement in the Nondevelopment Agreement to complete all improvements within Bedford Place Subdivision #1. (See copy of the Nondevelopment Agreement attached). I have spoken with both Wayne Crookston and Gary Smith about this additional bonding in order to release the Nondevelopment Agreement and provide for completion of the subdivision as it was platted.
