They are to construct 106 lineal feet of 14 foot wide all-weather gravel road section within the fenced area and approximately 501ineal feet of 14 foot wide asphalt roadway section from the gate to the back of sidewalk on E. Walcely Street. They are also to lower the top of a junction box on the recently piped length of the Finch Lateral. They need to submit a Letter of Credit to you for these items since they are not done at this date. I don't have any information concerning fencing along the south boundary of this subdivision, if any.
