We, Wendell and Kathleen Lawrence, husband and wife, residing at 3797 S Rustler Lane, Meridian, are
requesting to include the identified area in the area of impact and given a future land use designation of
Low Density Residential.
The purpose for this is so we may divide our 10 acre parcel into two five acre residential parcels (lots).
Stetson estates covenants already allow for a minimum lot size of five acre parcels.
