?Nampa & Meridian Irri~ga~tion District has no;comment on the above-referenced application.
All. laterals and waste ways must be protected. Ail municipal surface drainage must be retained
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District must review
drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
It is recommended that irrigation water be made available tb all developments within the Nampa
& Meridian Irrigation District.
