Anna and I had the "how quickly should we push this application" discussion again last night. Due to the untimely nature
of the applicants filing of a completed appeal (yesterday at 1:25pm) and the need to correct all the staff reports associated
with a denial. I will need one more week in order to complete the findings for Banff.

Please accept this letter as a request tv the City Council to reconsidez their denial of the
Banff Subdivision (File No„ AZ-OS-033, PPOS-032 and CUY-OS-03G). I feel that 1 may
not have communicated the project adequately to the Council and that there may have
been a few questions ihat remained unanswered prior to the close of the Public Hearing.,
