Re: Banff Subdivision Appeal
Dear Anna,
Please accept the attached application for an appeal of the Planning and Zoning
Commission's 2-3 denial of the Banff Subdivision Preliminary Plat. As you know the
annexation request and the conditional use permit application automatically move on the
Council as a recommendation for denial, but the plat does not without an appeal. We
would like to keep the entire set applications together and moving forward at this time.
We still believe that the proposed subdivision will be a valuable addition to the area and
that it will provide a diversity of housing for the area. The product has been well received
by the neighbors (at the neighborhood meetings) and there was no neighborhood
opposition to the project at the last Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
We look forward to meeting with the City Council on this application as well as the
