I Jason Brizendine, residing at 3878 S Rustler Ln Meridian, am requesting to include the
identified area in the area of impact and given a future land use designation of Low
Density Residential.
The reason for my request is due to my near term desire to divide my ten acre parcel into
two five acre residential. lots. The covenants of the subdivision. (Stetson. Estates) already
allow for a minimum lot size of five acres.
