To whom it may concern,
This letter is to provide information/input to the City of Meridian regarding our future
plans and recommendations for the property we live in located at 5200 South Black Cat
road in the unincorporated portion of Ada County south west of Meridian.

use designation extended south on Black Cat to include our property.
We are proposin!!lrecommendin!!lrequestine li2ht commercial. medium to hi2her
density apartments and residential with emphasis on a retirement communitv
development on our property.
We have live in this property and are committed to working with the South Meridian
Comprehensive Planning Group in developing land designations that are conducive to
providing the developments to meet the needs of a well thought out planned use program
that will be a benefit to the entire community as well as to us personally.
We see our property in a unique position to provide a myriad of uses to that end. Based
upon our knowledge and premises ofthe area we feel that a land use designation ofNC
would best serve those desires, wants and needs of this fast developing portion of the
Treasure Valley. We would like to pursue discussions on this matter in what ever
capacity you feel would be mutually beneficiaL

meeting with the appropriate parties to discuss our plans fitting with the new
comprehensive plan. --
