Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
that City Council approves Change Order Number 13 of Contract with Owyhee
Construction, Inc. for Additional Water and Sewer Services, Additional Type
°°p" Permanent Asphalt Repair, and Additional Crew Time for Broadway
Avenue, Meridian Road to Fifth Street Utility Replacement Project: for a cost of
$23,130.91 and authorizes the Mayor to sign it.
