The mast feasible plan for additional specs would be to add to the North side of the existing building. Problem: the present North line is 15~ 8" from property line. We wish to request a variance from the standard 4~ to a 2~ setback from our North property line. The new mall mould be a block fireWall with no windows, The South side ofi' the sixplex on adjoining property sits back 8~ 4p from the property line. This would leave a 10~ 4N opening for fire access, etc. The Grange building is readily accessable through the parking lot on the South aide to the back of the existing building. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely Ira Kistler, Master g' ~/~ ~~
