Anderson) I have reviewed this submittal and offer the following comments, for your information and consideration as conditions of the Applicant during the hearing process: 1. The Public Works Department has approved plans and construction for the relocation of the existing sewer and water mains on the proposed site. The mains were relocated so as not to conflict with an expansion of the building being occupied by the Friedman Bag Co.. The legal descriptions and supporting documentation for the vacation have been reviewed and approved by Public Works Department. ANDERSON.P&Z
