Dear Herald:
Annexation Description of Draper Property
As you requested, we have reviewed the above mentioned description
as provided in the correspondence of December 18, 1975, from A and C Corpora-
tion to the City. It is our judgment that the description as furnished is
adequate for annexation proceedings. In order to proceed with this matter,
we recommend the following precautions.
1. The developer be required to furnish the customary 1-inch to
300-foot scale drawing of the proposed annexation. That drawing should show
surrounding rights-of-way and City limits.
2. As you annex this ground, an 11At1 Zoning classification should
be used with an appropriate density figure.
3. To avoid any possible confusion, any affirmative motion put
forward should point out that annexation does not constitute conceptual
approval of any proposal and that the City stipulated that adequate water
and sewer service cannot be furnished until improvements now under way are
completed.
If you have further questions, please contact us.
Sincerely,
