Thank you for taking the time to meet with me regarding the well site at SilverStone Coiforate
Center. A$er discussing your request with the other partners, we've agreed to a further
discounted price for the well site as incentive' for a cash purchase. The agreed-upon value is
$98,000.00. As this is a 51Zable d15COUnt, I think you will agree that it is a reasonable f ~;ure.
Orte concern the partners share however, is the timing of the payment. As it has been almost two
years since the completion of the well site, Sundance feels that a due date of July 30, 204)3, is fair
and reasonable.
On a separate note, I'd like to take this chance to thank you for the help you have provided in
making SilverStone a reality. As you are aware, we are constructing more than 100,000 SP of
new office this year in Meridian. This is due to the cooperation between the City of Meridian
and Sundance, and I want to express our thanks for your efforts. That is also one of the reasons
that Sur~dartce has decided to expand SilverStone with the purchase of another 80 acres too the
east. Upon completion of this new phase of SilverStone, we'll have brought more than a million
and a half square feet of new businesses to Meridian. This will be an excellent accomplishment,
and one of which we all can be proud.
