"OLD TOWN" ZONE BOUNDARY
MERIDIAN, IDAHO
A tract of land consisting of approximately 365 acres being a portion of Section 7 of Township 3
North, Range 1 East and a portion of Section 12 of Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. Said tract being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Section Corner common to Sections 12 and 13 of Township 3 North, Range 1
West and Sections 7 and 18 of Township 3 North, Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian; thence
along the section line common to said Section 12 and Section 13, being the centerline of Franklin
