Please let this serve as our letter of interest for construction of the Meridian Parking Garage
and the Meridian City Hall in Meridian, Idaho. Interwest is very experienced in providing
construction services on projects such as these and would look forward to working with you.
We have served as Construction Manager or General Contractor for many similar complexes
and are very familiar with the Ada County area.
Interwest is a unique construction company in that all of our employees participate in the
ownership, which brings valuable dedication to our projects. We have provided clients with
Preliminary Budgets, Design Build, Construction Management Services and General
Contracting for over 25 years. In addition, we have both electrical and mechanical companies
as part of our organization, Interwest Electrical and Interwest Mechanical, through which we
can provide design, build, and service capabilities. We have an excellent subcontractor base
that brings quality and economical prices to Interwest and our clients. Most of our work is done
