APPROVED AND ACCEPTED
The above statement is approved on the settlement date above shown and William F. Gigray,
III of the firm White Peterson Pruss Morrow and Gigray, is hereby authorized to disburse the
funds as indicated above. Personal Property Taxes are not a part of this settlement unless set
out herein. Seller(s) acknowledges receipt of the amount set out above.
William F. Gigray, III, and/or the firm of White Peterson Pruss Morrow and Gigray, assumes
no responsibility for the adjustment of Special Taxes or Assessments or for the exception of
these items in the conveyance unless they are shown on the Treasurer's Certificate of Taxes
Due.
Interest on existing liens is figured to the date indicated. If not paid by then, additional
interest will have to be collected and your statement will be adjusted to have sufficient funds
to secure release from the lien holder.
It is understood by the undersigned that William F. Gigray, III, and/or the firm of White
Peterson Pruss Morrow and Gigray, assumes no responsibility as to the condition of title
unless Title Insurance being issued by said Title Company simultaneously herewith.
