Staff has been made aware that the applicant for the Matador Subdivision
Preliminary Plat and Annexation applications failed to post notice of the public
hearing on the property for the October 18, 2007, Planning and Zoning Commission
hearing. Staff is requesting the Commission continue the public hearing for
the Matador Subdivision Annexation (AZ-07-013) and Preliminary Plat (PP-07-
017) applications to November 15, 2007, so the applicant can place public
notice on the property.
