Dear City Counsel members aad Mayor 'T'ammy de Wcerd,
This is an attachment to a letter I wrote on October 12,2005 asking the members
for an exception to the landscaping ordinance. I did not include in my letter that I
would also like the members of the counsel to consider waving the fee for the
variance application. This fee is considerab]e and would be a hardship on the
Idaho Youth Ranch. Thank you for your consideration.

districts where the stores are located. We also distribute vouchers to kids and families in

Please consider giving the Idaho Youih Ranch tin exception to the landscape ordinance in this
