December 18, 2007 The Meridian City Council Special Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 by President Councilman Joe Boston. Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, David Zaremba, Charlie Rountree and Joe Gorton. Staff Present: 'Bill Nary, Tracy Basterrechea, Len Grady and Will Berg. Item 1. Item 2. Roll-call Attendance: Roll call. X David Zaremba X Charlie Rountree X X Joe Borton X Keith Bird Mayor Tammy de Weerd Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(f) - (to consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation).; Bird.: Mr. President. Borton: Mr. Bird. Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67- 2345(1)(f). . Zaremba: Second. Borton: It has been move and seconded to go into Executive Session. Mr. Berg, please call roll. Roll Call: Bird, aye; Zaremba, aye; Rountree, aye; Borton, aye. ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Borton: I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.. Bird: So moved. Meridian City Council Special Meeting December 48, 2007 Page 2 of 2 Zaremba: Second. Borton: It has been moved and seconded. All those in favor say aye. ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED. Borton: Motion to adjourn the Special Meeting.. Bird: So moved. Zaremba: Second.
