This is a formal request for cone-yeaz time extension on the preliminary and final plat of
Resolution Subdivision No. 2. The City Council approved the final plat for Resolution
Subdivision No. 1 on October 3, 2000. Due to the fact that the construction and platting of the
first phase took longer than anticipated we will not begin construction and platting of the second
phase until after its expiration this yeaz.
We respectfully request placement of this item on Council agenda for their review and approval.
