The Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Kennedy Lateral courses along the east
boundary of the above-mentioned project. This plat shows lot 36 of block 5 and lot 40 of
block 1 as a part of the subdivision instead of the easement for the Kennedy Lateral and
this is unacceptable. The plat must indicate the easement of the Kennedy Lateral before
this project will be acceptable to the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District.
