Re: Request for Final Plat Approval of Mosher's Farm Subdivision - 26 building lots,
one existing residence and 6 other lots on 6.06 acres in a R-8 zone by CPvID, Inc.

Staff respectfully requests that this application for final plat approval be tabled until the
April 15, 2003 meeting to allow staff and the applicant more time to work out issues related
to sanitary sewer service and pressurized irrigation. The current plat before the City has
been changed from the preliminary plat to accommodate re-designs of the sanitary sewer
system.
