Upon preliminary review, it appears that there is an insufficient water right on the lands involved in this project. If you could provide us with a legal description for the total project, we will be able to determine the amount of water right needed to bring this land up to the District's present standards. From conversations with Laura Burri, it is my understanding that the following steps must be achieved before the Irrigation District can take over this system for operation and maintenance: 1. Petitions from homeowners in Salmon Rapids No. 1 and Los Alamitos Park Nos. 1 and 2 Subdivisions. 2. Contract for' pressure urban irrigation system in Salmon Rapids Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and Los Alamitos Park No. 3 (as of 9 October 1996) and also Raven Hill Subdivision.
