Upon preliminary review, it appears that there is an insufficient water right on the lands involved in this project. If you could provide us with a legal description for the total project, we will be able to determine the amount of water right needed to bring this land up to the District's present standards. I have heard of this and I will research this matter and find out if this is a viable process. All water rights associated with the irrigation well will be transferred to Nampa Meridian irrigation District for the purpose of irrigation. In. exchange for the irrigation well, pumps, and well lot, Nampa Meridian Irrigation District will allocate sufliciant water rights far that portion of Salmon Rapids development that is considered the high ground and provide for tiling (i.e, labor and materials) of the Hunter's Lateral through the Los Alamitos Subdivision. I, Many Goldsmuth consent to constructing a pressurized irrigation system in the future phases of Salmon Rapids Subdivision and Los Alamitos Subdivision according to the standards set forth by the Nampa Meridian Irrigation District. A pump station will be constructed in cooperation with Raven Hills Subdivision which will serve the three above-mentioned subdivisions. I intend to dedicate the pressurized irrigation system to Nampa Meridian Irrigation District for future maintenance and ownership.
