A strip of land 20 feet in width lying Easterly of and adjacent
to the following described line:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 12,
T.3N., R.1W., B.M., Ada County, Idaho;
thence North 89°46'23" East 165.00 feet along the Northerly boundary
of the said SE 1/4 of Section 12, which is also the centerline of West
Pine Avenue, to a point marking the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence South 0°00'00" West 660.00 feet to a point on the centerline
of West Broadway Avenue, which is also the point of ending of the above
described permanent water easement.
10 FOOT TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying Easterly of and adjacent
to the above described permanent water easement.
