Above Ref: (TJlinutes of l~ovember 19, 1973 Z & P) Any land deal in this matter should give recognition to the plans of the honing and Planning commission to cause th® Absolute dedication of the requested roadway for Vest 7th and the Roadway to extend Idaho Avenue Eastward from the Dowdls Annexation across the Woods Property. It can be noted here that the City owns property that should dedicate hest 7th Street for the 80' in ~.uestion. In Exchange for the land deal that seems proper, th® success probl®m should be a part of the trans- action. The City at present owns 80' that would front on hest 7th Street, making it very d®sirable property for either the City or Mr. ~`oods.
