Dear Ms. Stiles,
Attached is the submittal package for The Landings No. 11 final plat. My
understanding from my conversation with Mr. John Prior, City Attorney, on or
about 12 August 1998, is that the City will not accept this package until Mr. Blaser
has completed certain work on other projects including previous phases of The
Landings. This is a matter between the City and Mr. Blaser.
I have already delayed my submittal of this package too long and
compromised my ability to meet my scheduling obligations with the owners. I did so
based on my 12 August phone call with the City.
The Landings No. 11 Final Plat submittal package is hereby submitted. I
request the opportunity to sit down with you as soon as possible and discuss the
project so perhaps I can get the project back on schedule for the client/owner.
Please gall me and we can set up a mutually agreeably time to meet and if
there are any questions I can answer them. Thank you very much.

We respectfully request your approval of 'the final plat of THE LANDING
SUBDIVISION No. 11. This is a 42 lot single family residential subdivision on
10.88 acres.
This final plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meets all
requirements or conditions of the preliminary plat as received from the City on 13 July
1998.
This final plat is in conformance with all the requirements and provisions of the Meridian
City Subdivision Ordinance.
The final plat conforms with LC. Title 50, Chapter 13, PLATS AND VACATIONS, and
acceptable surveying practices.
The development will be served by Meridian City water and sewer systems.
