My understanding from my conversation with Mr. John Prior, City Attorney, on or about 12 August 1998, is that the City will not accept this package until Mr. Blaser has completed certain work on other projects including previous phases of The Landings. This is a matter between the City and Mr. Blaser. I have already delayed my submittal of this package too long and compromised my ability to meet my scheduling obligations with the owners. I did so based on my 12 August phone call with the City. The Landings No. 11 Final Plat submittal package is hereby submitted. I request the opportunity to sit down with you as soon as possible and discuss the project so perhaps I can get the project back on schedule for the client/owner.
