Re: The Villas at the Lakes Subdivision -Pressure Irrigation Line Easement
Mayor. I would appreaate it if you could approve this item for indusion on the next City
Coundl agenda (September 21) under my Department Reports. If it can be approved,
please send it on to the City Clerk for distribution with the meeting packets.
This is a request from Steiner Development for the dty to grant an easement to them
across city property that will be occupied by the golf course dubhouse. The purpose
of this easement is for the installation of a pressure irrigation line that would connect
irrigation service between The Villas at the Lakes and The Lake at Cherry Lane No.8
Subdivision.
