It has come to my attention that the pathway network plan included in the Pathways
Master Plan depicts a portion of the City's multi-use pathway running along the northeast
corner of the site that is east of Eagle Road and along the western and northern boundary
of the site that is west of Eagle Road. A 10-foot wide multi-use pathway is required on
this property in the approximate location depicted on the plan (see attached map). As this
requirement was inadvertently missed in the staff report, Staff is requesting that the
City Council add Development Agreement provisions to comply with this
requirement as follows:
Development Agreement No. 1: A 10-foot wide multi-use pathway shall be constructed
on the site through the park in the general location depicted on the Pathways Master Plan,
in accordance with the design standards contained in the plan. The applicant should
coordinate construction of the pathway with the Meridian Parks Department. Said
pathway shall connect with the sidewalk along Green Meadow Drive in Clover Meadow
Subdivision at the east property boundary and extend to the north and connect to the
pathway in Redfeather Subdivision No. 7.

on the site in the general location depicted on the Pathways Master Plan, in accordance
with the design standards contained in the plan. The applicant should coordinate
construction of the pathway with the Meridian Parks Department.
