Wayne wants to know what the bare minimum requirements are fora 548 lot subdivision. Additionally, I am
sending you a list of what we are willing to commit to construct as park amenities in Cavanaugh (please see
attached). You and I know that we will probably go beyond what is on the list, but this is the amount that we
can/should commit to during next Thursdays hearing. Please let us know if we need to do more to meet the
minimums. I
